“No BS Photo Success” - I was first impressed with the ‘cutting-edge’ attitude in the name of the website. I was expecting ‘another’ angry photographer with an axe to grind. What I found was a photographer that produces a very, very valuable resource for photographers (especially photographers that were like me and only had a camera, a dream and ‘didn’t have a clue.’). For example, I own Photoshop CS software. But, it is ‘too hard’ for me to learn. This website provides free Photoshop tutorials. After using them, I look like a ‘graphic design wizard.’

Action Plan Marketing is a great marketing site. They actually provide strategies to ‘kick-start’ your marketing efforts. Sometimes, we are successful at writing a good plan. But, we then put it on a shelf or leave it somewhere on our hard drive. This site provides step-by-step tips for ‘taking action’ with your plan. Best of all, they offer a great sample action marketing plan for free! Knowing what a marketing plan is and how important it is to have one is critical to success. But, sometimes there is a lag between ‘having the plan’ and taking the necessary steps in the plan. The free action marketing plan that this site offers can ‘kick start’ your marketing efforts.

Simple Marketing Ideas – To be honest, marketing is and should be simple. Unfortunately, the industry is so competitive that there are many distortions. Every shot that he has on display (and he has a lot) is a very, very good portrait. I don’t know how successful this photographer is. But, I am very impressed with what his website projects.
