“No BS Photo Success” - I was first impressed with the ‘cutting-edge’ attitude in the name of the website. I was expecting ‘another’ angry photographer with an axe to grind. What I found was a photographer that produces a very, very valuable resource for photographers (especially photographers that were like me and only had a camera, a dream and ‘didn’t have a clue.’). For example, I own Photoshop CS software. But, it is ‘too hard’ for me to learn. This website provides free Photoshop tutorials. After using them, I look like a ‘graphic design wizard.’

Action Plan Marketing is a great marketing site. They actually provide strategies to ‘kick-start’ your marketing efforts. Sometimes, we are successful at writing a good plan. But, we then put it on a shelf or leave it somewhere on our hard drive. This site provides step-by-step tips for ‘taking action’ with your plan. Best of all, they offer a great sample action marketing plan for free! Knowing what a marketing plan is and how important it is to have one is critical to success. But, sometimes there is a lag between ‘having the plan’ and taking the necessary steps in the plan. The free action marketing plan that this site offers can ‘kick start’ your marketing efforts.

Headshot Photographer - This photographer’s niche (as described and focused on his website) is headshots for portfolios. I like the smoothness and ease of his website. But, I am even more impressed with his portrait style. Every shot that he has on display (and he has a lot) is a very, very good portrait. I don’t know how successful this photographer is. But, I am very impressed with what his website projects.
